It is produced exclusively from olives of our olive groves, located between Radda in Chianti and Vagliagli. Our extra virgin olive oil is the expression of the three main indigenous varieties: Leccino, Frantoio and Moraiolo.  The olives are pressed within 12 hours of harvesting and the extraction is carried out cold (18 ° -22 °) solely by mechanical means.  Dedicated to those who love a balanced diet, our olive oil is a precious ally in the kitchen as well as at the table. This outstanding oil is preserved in the bottle and in the unmistakable green can that accompanies your every dish with the lightness and delicacy of freshly squeezed oil.
